Great customer service from Keter, delivery was well communicated and prompt, well packaged on a pallet.
Assembly was fairly easy and took 2-3 hours, I did view the online video prior which helped although differed slightly from the paper instructions., which were accurate.
Providing the base is level in both directions the unit sits well and upright, although due to its light construction, I supplied 2 heavy duty L brackets to secure the side to the wall and prevent strong wind issues. I think it would be wise to include these.
A 5 star rating is justified and I would highly recommend this product.
The Keter box was delivered at our home midday on Wednesday 19th February. I found the instruction manual and checked that all the parts were in the box. Then set about assembling it. My wife helped to keep things from blowing away while I put it together, and then again at various times to hold bits while I drove in screws, etc. But it was fully assembled by nightfall.
The following day I started storing our lawnmower, weed-eater, blow-vacuum, etc. I still need to decide how and where to install shelves. But so far, so good. We've had rain and everything has remained dry.
So after a little more than a week, we're really happy.
If you're really interested I'll send pictures when I've finished the shelves, and hooks, and the unit is fully functional.
It was somewhat time consuming putting the shed together. We did not find the instructions particularly helpful or the various panels clearly marked. That the shelves aren't included or can't be bought additionally is similarly unhelpful. But we are satisfied with the quality of the product. It looks great and fullfils the purpose we bought it for. It is of good quality and waterproof.
