Average delivery from dispatch is approximately 3-5 working days to Main Areas and 5-7 working days to outlying areas. This excludes the time required to clear an EFT payment, process an order or wait for pre-order stock to arrive.

You will receive an email when your order leaves the dispatch centre. Keter's courier partner will then send further email updates while the order is in transit.

No. Standard delivery covers transport to the nominated address only. Third-party couriers are not required to unpack, position, assemble or install products, or remove packaging. Approved installers are available separately in selected areas.

Many large or high-value products are crated or placed on pallets to reduce the risk of transit damage. Crates can usually be dismantled with common household tools, or you can ask an approved installer about paid assistance.

Yes. Tell Keter South Africa about access restrictions, delivery-vehicle limits or a requested later delivery date when placing the order. If the consignment has already been dispatched and must be rerouted, additional delivery fees may apply.

A pre-order product is not yet in stock in South Africa, but stock has been confirmed on an incoming shipment. Pre-ordering reserves the item before it arrives. The estimated arrival period is shown on the product page, and normal dispatch and delivery timing begins after the stock reaches South Africa and the order is ready.

Yes, subject to the Returns Policy. To qualify for a full refund, notify Keter South Africa within 7 days of receipt and return the product in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.

Report the problem to Keter South Africa as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving the order. Include your order number, proof of purchase and clear photos. Depending on the issue, Keter may supply replacement parts or replace the full item where required.

Yes. Keep all original packaging until you have inspected the product. A return without the original packaging may incur a repackaging deduction of up to 15%. Further deductions may apply if the item is not fully resalable because of inadequate packaging, incorrect assembly, damaged parts or missing components.

Refunds are processed after the returned goods have been received and assessed. Approved amounts are refunded by EFT or the original payment method, depending on the transaction. Keter South Africa will request bank details if needed.

A level foundation supports the shed evenly and helps the panels, floor and doors remain correctly aligned. An uneven or sloping base can allow the shed to sink or shift, make doors difficult to open or close and place unnecessary stress on the structure over time. Check the completed base with a spirit level rather than judging it by eye.

No. Grass and unprepared soil can settle, soften or erode, causing the shed to become uneven or unstable. Clear the area and install the shed on a properly prepared, compacted and level base that meets the requirements in the model's assembly manual.

Remove grass, plants, roots, rocks and loose debris from the full foundation area. Check the site for slope and drainage, prepare the specified base material, compact it thoroughly and confirm that the finished surface is flat and level. Complete the base before shed assembly begins.

Choose a well-drained position and observe where water collects during rain before finalising the site. Avoid low spots and make sure water can flow away from the shed. If the preferred area holds water, improve the drainage or build up and re-compact the base before installation; do not assemble the shed over soggy or unstable ground.
