The item was delivered within five days from ordering and arrived well packaged. Very efficient service. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and all parts fitted well together. Assembly took approximately two and a half hours but only because I made double sure of not making mistakes in putting it together. The finished product looks good and I feel confident it will serve its purpose for many years to come.

I recently purchased the KETTER High Storage Shed. It took around 3 hours to assemble which I was able to do on my own. The assembly instruction manual is easy to follow & all the sections fitted perfectly together, so no need to modify anything as the design is well engineered. There are lots of screws to secure it all together so be prepared, an electric screwdriver would be an advantage but not essential. I am impressed with the quality, fit & finish & it makes an excellent outdoor storage unit.

We bought this in early February 2021. Delivery was prompt.
Wife and I assembled it. Some head scratching and a few hours got it done. It was fun.
Received a friendly after sales call from Keter SA a week or so later. One panel had a very small and inconsequential defect. They were quite prepared to replace it.
Been using it for about 3 months now. No problems at all. Waterproof for sure. And it looks classy in our courtyard.
On this experience we bought Keter's Denali Deck Box from Builders Warehouse. Also very satisfied with the box.
